Recommended dose: As a dietary supplement, take one packet daily, with meals and a glass of water. Take one 25 billion CFU probiotic capsule twice-a-day during the week and once-a-day on weekends.  Take consistently for best results. Store in a cool, dry place.

Superfoods Immune Energizer™ dark green tablets: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), natural rice bran extract, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose and natural rice concentrate.

Fish Oil amber softgel: Marine lipid concentrate, gelatin, glycerin, purified water. Contains fish.

Vitamin D3 tiny amber softgel: Olive oil, gelatin, glycerin, and purified water.

Probiotic vegetarian capsule: Hypromellose, maltodextrin, vegetable lipids, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and ascorbic acid. Contains soy and milk.
